Cebu Telephone Cooperative Credit Union (CETECCU) was established by 15 incorporators in Cebu

CETECCU was registered at the Coop admin Office (CAO)
-In 80's
it’s assets increased from 80,000 to 15M pesos. Around this time, it was also Renamed as Cebu Telecommunication Employee’s Multi-purpose Cooperative (CETEMCI) as it shifted from a mere credit to a multi-purpose cooperative
-In 1996
the CETECCU name was change to Telecommunication Employees Multi-Purpose Cooperative (TELEMCO) & is now serving nationwide
-In 2010
we have become part of the elite group of cooperatives in the country called the CENTURY COOPERATIVE with an asset sized of at least Php 100M
Today, Our TELEMCO is considered one of the biggest cooperative in the City and province of Cebu.
